DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Infringement Policy

Flinteract respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Flinteract will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe content on Flinteract infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, send an email to contact@flintime.com with:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• A link or description of the infringing content on Flinteract.
• A statement:

  "I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

• A statement:

  "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

• Your physical or digital signature.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Send an email to contact@flintime.com with:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A description of the removed content and where it appeared.
• A statement:

  "I believe in good faith that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification."

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware if outside the U.S.).
• Your physical or digital signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may be terminated or restricted in accordance with our Terms of Use and moderation policy.
